Host Your Event at Our Community Room or Pavilion
The Duanesburg Ambulance Community Room or Pavilion is available to the public for rent for private and community events. Whether you’re hosting a family gathering, meeting, or celebration, our facility offers a comfortable and convenient space.

Community Room Rental Information:
• Location: 130 Cole Road, Delanson, NY 12053
• Rental Fee: $200 per day
• Kitchen Use (Optional): Additional $150 per day
• Reservation/Cleaning Deposit: $100 (refundable upon satisfactory post-event inspection)
• Capacity: Up to 99 people
Pavilion Rental
• Rental donation for the pavilion is $400.00 per day
• Full use of the outdoor space includes the yard, parking area, bathroom, Barbecue, benches/tables
• The Pavilion is restricted to 120 people
Key Policies:
• Deposit & Payment: All fees must be paid in full at least one week before the event.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least three weeks in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations incur a $50 fee.
• Alcohol Policy: Please see the agreement with regard to a certificate of insurance naming Duanesburg Ambulance as second insured on their home owners policy (a one day rider) in the amount of not less than $1,000,000.00 (one Million Dollars).
Noise & Curfew:
• Friday & Saturday: Music must stop by 11:00 PM, event must end by midnight.
• Sunday–Thursday: Music must stop by 10:00 PM, event must end by 11:00 PM.
Parking: Guests must park in designated areas. No parking in ambulance bays or on grass.
